I had to return some curtains in store because, i rushed the measuring and they weren’t right for the room. The staff were really nice about it, didn’t make it awkward or ask loads of questions, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. Hassle-free all round.

"I ordered these curtains based on the..."
I ordered these curtains based on the size and colour shown in the description, but what arrived was completely different. The colour didn’t match the photos, the material felt cheaper than expected, and it just didn’t line up with what the page made it sound like I was getting. When I contacted customer service, they basically just told me to return it, which was frustrating. Feels like a waste of time when the product doesn’t match what was promised in the first place.
"Sizing ran small"
This ended up fitting smaller than I expected, so I’m kind of blaming the sizing on this one. It’s still usable, just not as comfortable or true-to-size as I was hoping

"Mostly Right, But I Felt Ignored"
My order was mostly correct, but one item was wrong. The rest was fine, so it wasn’t a huge disaster, but it was still frustrating. I tried to get it sorted out and kind of felt like I was being ignored, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Delivery took forever :/"
I ordered from Dunelm and the delivery was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely changed, so I had no idea what was going on, and it ended up arriving a few days late. The items themselves were fine, thankfully, but waiting around that long was frustrating :(

Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was hoping. Not sure how to explain it, it wasn’t a bad experience exactly, just a bit slower than expected. They did sort it out in the end though.

"Ordered some bedding from Dunelm for click..."
Ordered some bedding from Dunelm for click and collect. Email came same day, so that part was fine.
In store, I had to wait a bit at the collection desk, then the order wasn’t quite ready. Staff were polite, just clearly busy.
Items were all good once handed over. No issue with the bedding, just wish the collection process was quicker.

"Decent delivery updates from Dunelm"
Ordered something from Dunelm and, to be fair, the delivery messages were clear. I got a text with the delivery day, then another one nearer the time, so I wasn’t left guessing. I did assume it might be running late when the tracking page didn’t update straight away, but the parcel turned up when they said it would. Would’ve been 5 stars if the tracking had been a bit quicker

"Box was dented, but I’m not too worried"
The box showed up with a small dent, which made me a little nervous at first. But once I opened it, everything inside was perfectly fine, so I don’t really feel like it’s worth making a big deal over. Overall, the packaging did its job.

"Probably not worth the money"
I picked up a few things from Dunelm recently and, to be honest, I’m not really sure the quality matches what they’re charging. One of the items felt a bit cheap as soon as I took it out of the packaging, and another started looking worn after barely being used. Maybe I was just unlucky, but for the price I expected better. It kind of feels like you’re paying more for how nice everything looks online than for the actual quality. I don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.

After dealing with way too many disappointing orders lately, I was just glad these turned out fine. The curtains feel nice and thick, they look good up, and I’m happy with them overall.

"Refund showed up way faster than expected"
I had to return something, the refund came back a lot quicker than I thought it would. I know people can be quick to complain about returns, but in my case, it was smooth and I really don’t have anything bad to say.

"Not much choice anymore"
I’ve got to be honest, Dunelm has been a bit of a letdown lately. I was trying to find some curtains and a few bedding bits, but half the colours and sizes I liked were either missing or out of stock, which is frustrating.
It also feels like everything has started to look the same. Whoever decided we only need endless beige and grey clearly isn’t helping those of us who want something with a bit more personality.
I used to find nice stuff on there without much effort, but now I just get annoyed, give up, and end up shopping somewhere else instead.

I ordered online and was able to pick it up the same day, which was really handy. The staff found my order quickly, so I wasn’t stood around waiting or dealing with any hassle. A really easy option when you just want to get in, grab what you need, and get on with your day.

I tried using the website today and it was a mess. Pages kept glitching and nothing seemed to work properly. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t give me much confidence while I was trying to get things done.

"Aftercare got there in the end, but no human contact"
It took way longer than I expected, but to be fair the issue did get sorted eventually. My main frustration was that there was basically no human contact throughout the whole thing, which made it feel a bit impersonal and harder to know what was going on.

I ordered made-to-measure curtains and overall they were okay. They took longer to arrive than I expected, especially compared with other companies I’ve used before, but once they got here the fit was good. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth or quick as some competitors

"Delivery dates mean nothing"
I ordered a curtain pole and some bedding because it clearly said delivery by Friday. Friday came and went with no text, no parcel, and the tracking just switched to “delayed” like that was supposed to explain anything. When I contacted customer service, all they could say was to wait another 48 hours, which just made me more annoyed.
It finally showed up 6 days late, with the box all bashed up, and by then I’d already had to go and buy the stuff somewhere else. I don’t mind the odd delay, but don’t give a date if it means nothing. I won’t be using their delivery again, it’s just not worth the hassle.

"Just what I was after"
I had a look on dunelm.com and the curtains I wanted were actually showing as in stock, which felt like a bit of a win. Ordering was quick, and I picked them up the next day without any fuss. Can’t really explain it, but the whole thing just felt easy and I was really pleased with how it went.

"Deals ain't as great as they seem"
Some of the offers look good at first, but by the time I got to checkout, it still felt expensive. The promos were kind of confusing too, and I can't say I noticed no real savings in the end.
